Getting Started with Galileo Orders

Hey there! We are so excited to get you started with Galileo. Below are the first steps needed to begin ordering.

1. Set up your account.
2. Learn your scanning options.
3. Learn how to place an order.
4. Learn how to manage orders.
5. Schedule a design preferences call with your Clinical Solutions lead.

1. Set up your account.

• If you already have a FabOne account, you can proceed to the next step!
• If you don't yet have an account, ask the Galileo team to invite you. Email us at success@protosthetics.com
• The email invite will look like this:

2. Learn your scanning options.

• You can use our scanning app or your own 3rd party app to scan. Learn how to use our Galileo Scanner app here, compatible with both iPhone 10+ and iPad + Structure Sensor.
• You can send us raw scan files for us to design, or you can send us already-modified files. We accept stl, obj, imed, bk, and aop files.
• Take a scan of the direct liner over the limb, a plaster positive, the inside of a cast
