Loading the Galileo Pro 2.0
When loading and unloading filament from the Galileo Pro 2.0, use the following process
- Select the Toolhead's Temperature icon on the main screen depending on the product you're looking to print:
Print File Type | Extruder Nozzle | Filament Type |
|---|---|---|
Check Socket | Extruder 1 (Right) | PETG |
Flexible Socket | Extruder 1 (Right) | TPU (not Varioshore) |
SMO | Extruder 0 (Left) | TPU (not Varioshore) |
Foot Orthotic(FO) | Extruder 1 (Right) | TPU - Varioshore |

- Select the Temperature next to the nozzle you're wanting to load filament.
- Input 220 and select the Check Box
- After the nozzle finishes heating, look at the guide tube entering into the nozzle. There's a black ring to push down before pulling the guide tube out.

- Push the Silver lever on top of the toolhead to the left, this will release toolhead's tension, allowing for filament to be removed from the toolhead. Then remove the filament from the toolhead.
- From the dehydrator, pull the filament from the guide tube until you can safely remove the filament spool from the dehydrator. Secure the loose filament end to the spool.

- With the old roll removed, insert your new roll of filament and begin feeding filament into the respective tube on the top of the dehydrator until the filament comes out of the tube
- Select the Extrude Button, then see the image below: Ensure 10mm distance and 2mm speed is selected and the toolhead you heated up from step 1

- Manually push the filament through the top of the toolhead until you feel a blockage. Then flip the silver lever from step 5 to the right, and select Extrude on the screen. Continue selecting Extrude until all impurities in the extruded filament are gone. Then Insert the Guide Tube into the top of the toolhead.
