Managing Design Validations in FabOne

Design validations are now completed directly in FabOne, making it easier than ever to manage your entire workflow in one place. Instead of managing approvals through email, you can now review, approve, or request changes from your FabOne dashboard.

How It Works

When a new design is ready for review, an email notification will be sent to the address listed on the order form.

To review your design:

1. Log in to FabOne.
2. Navigate to My Orders > Awaiting
3. Click on the specific order to view the validation details.

What You’ll Be Reviewing

Design Approvals

If you’ve requested a screenshot of the final design, you’ll now see it attached directly to your order in FabOne.

• Approve the design to automatically upload the final file to your print queue.
• Decline the design to share feedback or request changes with the design team.
• If declining a design, be sure to click the blue submit icon to send your feedback.

Sizing Validations

If the scan and measurement sizes on your order don’t match, you’ll be prompted to select how you’d like to proceed.

Your options include:

• Go with Scan – Proceed with the sizing from the scan.
• Go with Measurements – Proceed with your entered measurements.
• Other – Describe an alternate sizing method for your designer to follow.

The file will be sent back to the design team for them to finish modifying to your specifications.
